Warith bin Khalifa bin Hilal Al Kharousi was born in 1992 in Sultanate of Oman. He is a practicing lawyer accredited by the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs. He is registered with the degree of appeal. He studied Law at Sultan Qaboos University and graduated from it in 2015. He also obtained a high diploma in international lawyer skills from the University of Nottingham Trent in the United Kingdom in 2018, and in 2023 he obtained a master’s degree in commercial law from Sultan Qaboos University. He has 9 years of experience in commercial cases, arbitration, drafting contracts and providing all legal advice. He also has experience in managing law firms and also a former member of the Association Omani-British lawyers and participated in the course of international arbitration law and practices in cooperation between the Oman Center for Commercial Arbitration with the British Royal Society of Arbitrators (CIArb)
