Dr. Hilal bin Khalifa Al Kharusi (Founder of Office). He graduated from the College of Sharia & Law, and obtained a postgraduate diploma in private law from Dubai Judicial Institute in (2005). He obtained his PHD Degree from the University of Hassan I in Morocco in civil law in (2017). He was a former judge for 14 years and has experience both theoretical and practically, especially in the commercial law and companies’ cases. Dr. Hilal represents the highest levels of management and supervision of the works of the office, as he has huge experience in the field of judiciary and has huge legal knowledge in various branches of law. He has great experience in dealing with trade, maritime law cases and arbitration, as Dr. Hilal is an accredited arbitrator with all courts of the Sultanate and has extensive relationships at all levels.
