Upon graduating from the German University in Cairo in 2021 with a LLB, Nada interned at top-tier law firms in the following practice areas: finance and projects, arbitration and litigation, and corporate and commercial. In addition,she has also worked in a renowned law firm in the Arab Republic of Egypt in the Corporate Department as a Junior Associate covering M&As and general transactions. She has adequate experience in forming legal opinions, conducting legal research, conducting due diligence reports, and drafting and reviewing contracts of various natures.
